    Types of audits conducted worldwide by the James Group:

    Initial Gap Assessment
    When beginning your journey to a Lean Enterprise or an ISO-based Management System, it is important to objectively assess your
    "current state" so you are able to effectively build and communicate a project road map that will you lead your
    organization to its "future state."

    The James Group Operational Excellence Consultants and Auditors are highly skilled at  identifying the gaps in your current system
    and will help you build an effective, intuitive road  map designed to lead your organization to a successful implementation.

    Pre- Audit
    The Pre-Audit is a critical step to ensure that your organization is ready for the Registration Audit.  The Pre-Audit is conducted prior
    to the Registration Audit once  the ISO-based Management System is implemented, a complete System Audit has been completed
    and a formal Management Review of the ISO-based Management System has occurred.

    The James Group Auditors will conduct this audit and provide a full Management Report specifying the effectiveness of the ISO-
    based Management System which is a critical indicator during the Registration Audit.  

    The results of the Pre-Audit is confidential and your Registrar does not require your organization to submit the James Group
    Management Report.

    Internal Audit Program Management
    Why spend extraordinary amounts of money and have to allocate valuable resources to your Internal Audit Program.  Let the James
    Group provide the internal audits necessary for  your Internal Audit Program.  The James Group can manage your Internal Audit
    Program from pre-registration throughout the entire 3-year certification cycle.

    Supply Chain Audit & Development Program
    If your organization purchases nationally or even globally, but does not have the resources to effectively monitor and develop your
    suppliers, then the James Group can help.  We can manage your entire Supply Chain Audit and Development Program and provide
    monthly audit reports to your organization.
