Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Description
This course emphasizes the importance of SPC in controlling and improving the production process and
provides a non-invasive learning approach for using statistical methods in analyzing production
processes.  This course is consistent with the AIAG - DCX, Ford GM manual Statistical Process Control,
3rd edition.

Learning Objective
Understand the identification of basic statistical tools and the role that SPC plays in the overall Control
Strategy of your organization.
