Initial Gap Assessment
When beginning your journey to a Lean Enterprise or an ISO-based
Management System, it is important to objectively assess your "current state"
so you are able to effectively build and communicate a project road map that
will you lead your organization to its "future state."
The James Group Operational Excellence Professionals are highly skilled at
identifying the gaps in your current system and will help you build an effective,
intuitive road map designed to lead your organization to a successful implementation.
Pre- Audit
The Pre-Audit is a critical step to ensure that your organization is ready for the Registration Audit. The
Pre-Audit is conducted prior to the Registration Audit once the ISO-based Management System is
implemented, a complete System Audit has been completed and a formal Management Review of the
ISO-based Management System has occurred.
The James Group Operational Excellence Auditors will conduct this audit and provide a full Management
Report specifying the effectiveness of the ISO-based Management System which is a critical indicator
during the Registration Audit.
The results of the Pre-Audit are confidential and your Registrar does not require your organization to
submit the James Group Management Report.
Internal Audit Program Management
The James Group can manage your entire Internal Audit Program
from pre-registration throughout the entire 3-year certification cycle.
This is a natural fit for reducing costs, improving objectivity and
transferring best practices across the organization.
