Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

Description
This course defines the 5 phases of Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) and how it is managed as
a process in your organization.  The content is consistent with the guidelines in the APQP 2nd Edition,
FMEA 4th Edition, and PPAP 4th Edition manuals.

Learning Objective
Understand how to manage the relationship between the different APQP phases with program
deliverables and status reporting in order to introduce new products and processes efficiently and
effectively.

After this training, the participants will have knowledge and understanding of:

●  Program Management responsibilities
●  How to evaluate and audit your organization’s APQP process
